摘要
为了改善干涉检查软件的不足,利用NX/OpenAPI在NX9.0平台上研发一种基于NX运动仿真的模具动态干涉检查系统,系统提出了运动规律模板化的概念,用户可以通过设置运动属性,利用程序在后台遍历并识别运动机构,自动生成运动所需连杆、运动函数及运动副,利用ADAMS求解器求解计算,生成动画和运动行程相关的数据,实时检测部件运动中零件相互间可能存在的干涉。
In order to improve the inadequacy of interference checking software,a dynamic interference checking system for dies based on NX motion simulation was developed on NX9.0 platform by using NX/OpenAPI.The concept about the templated law of motion was put forward in this system.Users could simply set the motion attributes and use the programto traverse and identify the motion mechanism in the background.It automatically generated the linkage,motional function and kinematic pairs that needed for the motion,and solved the calculation by using ADAMS solver.Then,it generated animation and related data about motion range,and real-time detected the movement of components.
