摘要
通过对汽车侧围外板结构及成形工艺进行分析,设计了一种双插刀滑车斜楔机构实现汽车侧围外板成形,该机构先后驱动不同方向的滑车,实现了零件负角翻边,并在零件完成冲压后从Z向垂直取件,解决了侧围外板成形过程中起皱与缺料现象,提高了零件成形质量,对同类零件的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。
By analyzing the structure and forming process of the side wall outer panel,the cam driver with double tools and double pulleys was designed to form the side wall outer panel.The pulleys in different directions were driven to realize the flanging with negative angle.The parts were taken out from the vertical direction after stamping.It successfully solved the wrinkling and lacking of materials in the forming process of the side wall outer panel,which improved the forming quality of the parts and provided references for the design of the die for similar parts.
