摘要
介绍了一种重型卡车用的厚板料、高强度、高精度离合器壳体的模具设计方案,系统分析和计算了坯料尺寸,阐述了成形翻边、尺寸保证、模具结构设计及厚钢板冲压、翻边工艺对零件尺寸精度的影响。该模具制造完成后,经实际批量生产验证,零件成形尺寸精度和制造工艺满足要求,适用于大批量生产制造。
A stamping die design for the lorry clutch housing with thick sheet metal and high strength and accuracy was proposed.The size of sheet metal was analyzed and calculated,and the flanging,dimension,die structure were elaborated in detail,also the influence of stamping and flanging process on dimensional accuracy was analyzed.The die has passed the acceptance of dimensional accuracy and the actual verification of mass production,it met the requirements of product dimensional accuracy and manufacturing process,and it was suitable for mass production.
