摘要
以塑料模中的滑槽侧抽芯机构为研究对象,通过卡勾、导向斜面等设计优化改进其抽芯结构,以保证型芯在开合模过程中运行稳定;新设计的侧抽芯机构具有成型高效、耐用的特点,提高了制品成型质量,延长了模具使用寿命。
Taking the side core-pulling mechanism with guide channel in plastic mould as the research object,the core-pulling structure was improved by designing the hook and the guiding slope,which ensure the stability of the core during the opening and closing process.The new side core-pulling mechanism was high efficient,durability with longer service life,and the product quality was improved.
