热流道喷嘴冷却方式及对塑件的影响

摘要 在大型汽车内外饰件模具中,多个热流道喷嘴的冷却不到位导致温度集聚效应,影响塑件表面质量,塑件产生整体翘曲变形。在热流道增设水套后,成型的塑件表面质量高、变形量少,缩短了塑件成型周期,解决了热流道喷嘴处塑件的表面质量问题,并为热流道喷嘴的冷却设计提供了一定的参考。 In the large automobile interior and exterior decoration plastic moulds,the cooling effect of several hot runner nozzles was bad,which leaded to the temperature concentration of parts and affected the surface quality even warpage deformation of parts.After adding a water jacket on the hot runner,the surface quality of the formed plastics was good and the deformation was slight,which shortened the moulding cycle and solved the surface quality problem of the plastics at the hot runner nozzle.It provided a certain reference for the cooling design of the hot runner nozzle in the future.
