摘要
运用Creo 4.0软件中的阴影曲面技术,根据照相机前盖阴影零件的初始阴影曲面,通过设置"阴影曲面"对话框中的"环闭合"选项,以一定的顶平面定义非填充内环边界各自覆盖的聚合曲面。设置对话框中的"阴影滑块"选项,定义投影方向体积块曲面上的覆盖面,形成照相机前盖一模四腔模具布局的阴影曲面。再移除或偏移通过覆盖面选取的形状曲面,分析形成的曲面与添加的镶件体积块对照相机前盖一模四腔模具分型面设计的快捷与实用性,揭示"阴影曲面"工具在模具分型面设计中的应用。
The shadow surface technology of Creo 4.0software was used.According to the initial shadow surface of the camera cover shadow part,the covered gather surfaces with non-filled inner loop boundaries were defined by setting the'loop closure'option in the'shadow surface'dialog box.The coverage on the volume block in the direction of projection was defined to form the shadow surface of one mould and four cavities layout of the camera cover by setting the'shadow slides'option in the dialogue box.Then,the shape surfaces selected through coverages were removed or offset.The speed and practicality of one mould and four cavities design of camera cover with the help of the formed surfaces and the added insert volumes were analyzed.Finally,the application of'shadow surface'tool in mould parting surface design was revealed.
