摘要
以空调横向风板注射模具为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其变形及强度可靠性进行分析,找到应力集中的区域,分析其开裂原因。结果表明:此套模具在注塑时变形较严重,塑件产品出现毛边的风险较大,壁厚超差约0.4mm;应力集中的位置主要是在定模侧模架的台阶根部,与开裂位置吻合。
The injection mould for horizontal air plate were analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.By finding the regions of stress concentration,the reasons for cracking were analyzed.The results showed that the deformation of this injection mould was serious and the plastic parts were at a greater risk of producing rough edges.The thickness of the plastic parts is 0.4mm larger than the design value.The stress concentration is mainly at the step’s base of the fixed-mould side frame,and fits well with the crack location.
