主要介绍了确定提升门内板冲压工艺方案的方法,并通过Autoform有限元模拟软件检验了工艺方案的合理性,有效预测了成形中出现的问题。通过优化冲压工艺与模具结构,使得模具设计可靠性提高,最终使模具调试周期明显缩短。

This study focused on the methods of stamping process for the liftgate inner.Moreover,the rationality and problems of the stamping process were performed and predicted by simulation method with Autoform software.Through the optimization of stamping process and die structure,the reliability of the die design was improved.Finally,the die debugging period was shortened obviously.
