摘要
基于旋转坐标系统分析五轴数控加工中心刀具-机床系统柔度,利用正交三轴激励法直接计算在任意三维方向上的柔度值,对柔度的方向依赖性进行评估,进而分析夹持状态的变化对系统柔度的影响。利用ANSYS仿真软件在机床不同主轴旋转角和夹紧状态下的柔度值进行分析,进而得到五轴机床刀具-工件系统柔度图。切削试验表明,主轴旋转角和夹紧状态影响机床系统柔度,进而同时影响主轴弯曲模态,改变系统稳定性极限。
The flexibility of five axis NC machining center tool-machine tool system was analyzed based on the rotation coordinate system.The flexibility values in any three dimensional direction were calculated directly by the orthogonal three axis excitation method.The direction dependence of the flexibility was evaluated,and the effect of clamping state on flexibility was analyzed.The flexibility map of the tool-workpiece was obtained by analyzing the flexibility values of the machine tools with different rotation angles and clamping states in five axis machine based on the ANSYS simulation software.The cutting results showed that the flexibility of the machine tool system was affected by the rotation and clamping state of the spindle,the bending mode of the spindle was influenced and the stability limit of the system was changed.
