摘要
汽车覆盖件的质量和生产周期直接影响整车的装配周期,因此覆盖件冲压工艺的合理性十分重要。在车身覆盖件中,后盖内板是相对较难成形的零件,前期拉延冲压角度的确定和工艺补充面的生成是成形的关键,后期的回弹处理也是影响零件质量的重要因素。对后盖内板成形过程中的难点进行了重点分析,并通过AutoForm有限元模拟软件,检验了工艺方案的合理性。
The assemble cycle of the whole vehicle was influenced directly by the quality and production cycle of automobile panel. The rationality of stamping process of the automobile panel is particularly important. The forming of the rear cover inner is relatively difficult compared with other automobile body parts. The determination of preliminary tip angle and the generation of supplementary surface are the key to forming. Moreover, springback will affect the quality of the part in the later stage. In this paper, the difficulties in the forming process of a rear cover inner were analyzed. The rationality of the stamping process of the rear cover inner was verified by the numerical simulation software AutoForm.
