摘要
加强筋是电气产品中常用的一种零件,虽然外形各有差别,但总体结构类似。介绍了一副生产加强筋的多工位级进模具。该模具工位多,共有14个,融合了冲裁、弯曲、折叠、翻孔和切断等的多种冲压工艺。因为产品属于细长件,所以设计时除了充分考虑模具的紧凑性外,还兼顾到了模具零件的强度、冲压时模具的受力均匀等要素。对产品的加工工艺方案和模具结构进行了分析,该模具结构紧凑合理,提高了生产效率。实际生产应用表明,使用该模具生产的产品质量稳定,次品率低。
Rib reinforcements are commonly used in electrical products. Although the diffe-rences in appearance, the overall structure is similar. A multi station progressive die for rib reinforcements was introduced in this paper. There were 14 working stations in the die, which integrated various stamping processes such as blanking, bending, folding, hole flanging and amputating. Not only the compactness of the die, but also the strength and the force uniformity of the die during stamping was considered in design because the product belonged to slender parts. The processing scheme and die structure were analyzed. It was concluded that the die has compact and reasonable structure, and the production efficiency is improved. The practical production and application shows that the products produced by this die have stable quality and the lower rate of defective products.
