开关座SUS301奥氏体不锈钢级进模设计

摘要 设计了一种自动供料的8工位连续冲裁级进模来实现开关座钢制冲件的成形,冲件的材料为奥氏体不锈钢SUS301。模具模架采用两板式四导柱模架,凸模采用镶件镶拼组合式凸模,凹模采用整体式凹模,采用浮动式压边板来对料带进行压边,采用4个保护柱来防止成形零件的损坏。料带排样中,第1工位用于定位孔冲制,第2工位冲外形,第3、第4工位用于冲孔;第5、第6、第7工位用于折弯;第8工位用于落料。料带工序划分和布置合理,模具结构简单实用。 An 8-position progressive blanking die with automatic feeding was designed to realize the forming of switch seat. The material of the stamping parts is austenitic stainless steel SUS301. The two-plate four-guide-pillar die base was adopted. The inlay combined punch and the integral die were adopted. The floating blank holder was used to hold the blank of the material belt, and the four protective pillars were used to prevent the damage of the forming parts. In the strip layout, the first position was used for the punching of positioning hole. The second position was used for the punching of shape. The third and fourth positions were used for punching. The fifth, sixth and seventh positions were used for bending, and the eighth process was used for blanking. The division and arrangement of strip working procedure were reasonable, and the die structure was simple and practical.
