摘要 通过分析复合材料轻型头盔外壳零件的结构特点及性能要求,模具结构采用柔性气囊袋压成型内型面,消除了脱模困难的因素。采用局部凸模压块来成型零件局部凸起,有效地解决了成型缺陷问题。采用机械开、合模机构,提高了成型效率。该模具操作方便,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。经生产实践证明,模具结构合理,满足了轻型头盔外壳结构具有可设计性的成型要求,成型的零件质量稳定可靠。 The structural features and performance requirements of the composite helmet shell were analyzed.The difficulties of demoulding were eliminated by adopting cacuum-only cure technology to form the inner surface.The forming defects were solved effectively by adopting the local punch mould pressing block to form part bulgs.The moulding efficiency was improved by adopting the mechanical opening and closing mechanism.The mould was easy to operate,reduced the labor intensity,and improved the production efficiency.The actual production verified that the mould structure was reasonable,met the forming requirements of the light helmet shell with designable structure,and the quality of the parts were stable and reliable.
