摘要
介绍了手机用铝板的传统挤压模结构,对传统的单孔模具结构进行了分析。设计了一种双孔平面模结构,介绍了这种结构的重要参数的选择和模具结构的特点。实践表明,双孔平面模结构具有单孔模具的优点,能获得细小和均匀的晶粒组织,同时能提高生产效率、降低成本。
The traditional extrusion die structure of aluminum plate for mobile phone was introduced,and the traditional die structure of single die hole was analyzed.A new die with twin cavities was designed.The selection of important parameters and the characteristics of the new die were introduced.Practice showed that the new structure with twin cavities had the advantages of traditional die with single hole,it could obtain fine and uniform grain structure,as well as it could improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
