摘要
根据螺纹密封件的结构特点及功能要求,设计了一副低温真空绝热截止阀试验所使用的侧向抽芯结构塑料模具。模具采用了一模二腔的平衡式型腔分布、矩形侧浇口进料的浇注系统、斜导柱侧向抽芯,合理设计了由整体嵌入式凹模、整体式凸模、侧螺纹型环滑块组成的成型零部件、导向机构、推出机构、冷却系统等模具结构,阐述了模具的动作过程。该设计简化了模具结构,提高了生产效率。
According to the structural characteristics and functional requirements of the threaded seals,the lateral core-pulling structure plastic mould used in the test of cryogenic vacuum adiabatic globe valve was designed.The mould adopted a balanced cavity distribution with two-cavity,a gating system with rectangular side gate feed,and a side core pulling with inclined guide columns.A mould structure consisting of moulding parts,guiding mechanism,pushing mechanism and cooling system composed of an integral embedded concave die,an integral punch and a side thread ring slider was reasonably designed.The action process of the mould was analyzed.This design simplifies the mould structure and increases production efficiency.
