摘要
翻边是冲压工艺中常用的一种成形手段,翻边起皱是冲压生产中常见的缺陷。目前通过CAE模拟分析方法判断起皱缺陷,存在分析时间长,效率低,针对该问题,对影响翻边起皱的关键因素建立简单有效的数学模型,通过计算圆弧弧长和线长变化率,同时结合模型和多款在产车型实际状态对比,快速判断零件翻边起皱状态,提高项目决策效率,降低成形风险。通过该方法进行判断,并对比实车状态,该理论与实际相符合。
Flanging is a common procedure in stamping process and the flanging wrinkle is a common defect in stamping production.At present,judging the wrinkling defect by CAE simulation analysis method has the problems of long time and low efficiency.Aiming at this problem,a simple and effective mathematical model was established for the key factors affecting flanging wrinkle.By calculating the variation rate of arc length and line length,and comparing the model with the actual state of several production models,the flanging wrinkling state of parts can be quickly judged,the project decision-making efficiency can be improved,and the forming risk can be reduced.Through this method to judge and compare the actual vehicle status,the theory is consistent with the practice.
