Through the research on the technology of inner plate and reinforcing plate of engine lid,the method of improving material utilization rate was introduced.The process and product optimization scheme of the cover die for engine lid were studied.The development cost and material utilization rate of the cover die were analyzed.The standardization of the cover die was put forward to maximize efficiency and minimize the cost.
