摘要
分析了开瓶器的成形工艺方案,介绍了开瓶器连续模设计的主要结构特点及工作原理。该连续模在3个工位上安排了冲孔、切边、压印、切断、压弯等多种冲压工序,减少了模具数量,提高了生产效率。凹模采用镶拼式结构,方便了模具的拆卸、维修和更换。该模具在产品生产中取得了很好的实用效果。
The forming process of bottle opener was analyzed,and the main structure characteristics and working principle of the design of continuous die were introduced.The progressive die was equipped with punching,trimming,stamping,cutting,bending and other stamping processes in three workstations,which reduces the number of dies and improves the production efficiency.The die adopted mosaic structure,which facilitates the disassembly,maintenance and replacement of the die.The die has achieved good results in product production.
