摘要
异形型腔内部结构扭曲、深而窄,加工难度大,在分析零件结构的基础上,提出了两种电解加工实验装置的设计方案。借助计算机UG设计软件,通过有限元的分析比较,计算结果表明,在承受相同载荷的条件下,方案一的最大应力为6.639 MPa,方案二最大应力为3.615 MPa,第二种方案零部件的变形量较小,通过试验研究,对零件尺寸进行相关记录及测量,相关参数满足电解加工的要求。
The internal structure of the irregular internal cavity is distorted,deep and narrow which is difficult to process.Based on the structure of the parts,the design schemes of two kinds of electrochemical experimental devices were proposed.With the help of UG,the finite element analysis and comparison were carried out.The calculation results show that under the condition of bearing the same load,the maximum stress of scheme 1 is 6.639 MPa,the maximum stress of scheme 2 is 3.615 MPa,and the deformation of scheme 2 is smaller.Through experimental research the dimension of parts is recorded and measured,and the relevant parameters meet the requirements of electrochemical machining.
