文章主要介绍了雷尼绍PRIMO测头应用在西门子828D系统数控机床上的联接与调试方法。特别就工件测头机械装配、参数通讯设置、PLC控制编程和信号检测等方面进行了详尽地阐述,最后通过测头标定和测量操作演示了该测头在实际加工中的应用,验证了雷尼绍PRIMO测头应用在西门子828D系统数控机床上的可行性。
The connection and debugging method of Renishaw PRIMO probe applied to Siemens 828 D CNC machine tool were introduced.In particular,the mechanical assembly of workpiece probe,parameter communication settings,PLC control programming and signal detection were described in detail.Finally,the application of the probe in practical machining was demonstrated through the operation of calibration and measurement,and the feasibility of the application of Renishaw PRIMO probe in Siemens 828 D system CNC machine tool was verified.
