壳聚糖季铵/明胶共混抗菌膜的性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 壳聚糖季铵盐是壳聚糖的衍生物,因其具有良好的水溶性、抗菌性、吸湿保湿性以及絮凝性等特点而被应用于诸多领域。本文以明胶和壳聚糖季铵盐膜材料制备了共混抗菌膜,研究了混合体系中壳聚糖季铵盐与明胶配比及壳聚糖季铵盐浓度对共混抗菌膜机械性能、透光性和热稳定性的影响,利用FTIR分析了混合体系中分子间的作用力。结果表明,随着壳聚糖季铵盐含量的增加,共混膜的拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率明显增加且共混膜的热稳定性降低。同时,共混膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有良好的抗菌性。 Due to its good water-solubility,antibacterial property,moisture absorption,flocculation,chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(CQAS),which is a derivative of chitosan,has been widely used in various field.In this paper,CQAS and gelatin were used to develop antimicrobial blend films.The effects of the content of CQAS on the mechanical properties,light transmittance and thermal stability of the antimicrobial blend films were investigated.Intermolecular interaction between the CQAS and gelatin was analyzed by FOR.The results showed that with the increase of the content of CQAS,the tensile strength of the antibacterial blend film decreased gradually,the elongation at break increased obviously,and the thermal stability of the blend film decreased.At the same time,blend films exhibited good antibacterial activities against E.coli and S.aureus.
