中国民族教育政策的法律分析及争议辨析

摘要 中国民族教育政策的主要内容是发展少数民族教育事业,给予少数民族学生招生优惠。这一政策总体合适,既有法理依据,也符合我国的国情。民族教育政策的完善,一是国家仍须继续帮助发展少数民族教育事业;二是国家的帮助和优惠政策,应该是面向客观存在需要帮助和优惠的少数民族聚居区域;三是招生优惠的受益对象应该是所在地区的所有学生。 The main content of ethnic minority education policy is to develop the ethnic minority education,to give the ethnic minority student enrollment preferential.This policy is overall suitable,not only based on the legal theory,also in line with China’s national conditions.The improvement of the ethnic minority education policy,firstly,the country must continue to help the ethnic minority inhabited areas to develop education.The second is the state aids and preferential policies,should be facing the objective existence needs help and preferential ethnic minority areas,not because there is an identity of ethnic minorities.Third,the preferential benefit enrollment object should benefit all students,the same area the same policy.
