摘要
人民调解工作室是人民调解组织再组织、社会化的产物,有助于累积人民调解的品牌效应。'老杨调解中心'作为新时期'枫桥经验'的典型样本,在实践中呈现出职责延伸、功能拓展等特点,在矛盾纠纷多元化解中发挥了基础性的作用。应按照专业化、行业化的思路,加大人民调解员的队伍建设,提升人民调解工作室的智能化和标准化水平,并通过政府购买人民调解的方式培育、扶持人民调解工作室创新发展,进而提升人民调解的核心竞争力。
The people’s mediation studio is a product of the people’s mediation,the organization,and the socialization,which helps to build the brand effect of the people’s mediation.'Lao Yang mediation center'as advanced typical'fengqiao experience'in the new period,in practice,presents the responsibilities extend and expand the function,in a pluralistic resolve disputes has played a fundamental and key role in supporting.In accordance with the idea of specialization and professionalization,we should enhance the intelligence and standardization level of the people’s mediation workshop while increasing the construction of the people’s mediators,and cultivate and support the innovation and development of the people’s mediation studio through the government’s purchase of people’s mediation,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of people’s mediation.
