Progress and Experiences of Democratic Legal System Building in China

建国以来我国民主法制建设取得了许多宝贵经验 ,这些经验主要包括 :建设社会主义民主法制 ,必须依靠党的领导 ;民主法制建设要围绕中心 ,突出重点 ,为改革开放和现代化建设的全局服务 ;加强社会主义民主法制建设 ,必须要发展和完善人民代表大会制度等。

Ever since the establishment of the state,we have gained many valuable experiences in building democratic legal system.Such experiences include:we must rely on the leadership of the Communist Party to build socialist democratic legal system;the democratic legal system must be built by paying special attention to key issues and to serve the reform,openˉing-up and modernization;and the system of people's congress must be developed and improved to speed up the building of socialist democratic legal system.
