摘要
本文通过对第十四届世界杯足球赛的回顾,认真的分析和查找了进球率逐届下降的原因,并提出需修改规则的几点建议.
This paper is aimed to analyse and examine the reasons why the rate of goals was decreasing every time, and to give some suggestions about the rules of football.
