The Sustainable Utilization of Land Resources in Xinjiang

本文根据新疆土地详查资料 ,简要的介绍了新疆土地资源的利用状况和土地利用结构 ,分析了目前新疆土地可持续利用的主要问题 :水土不平衡 ;粗放经营 ,土地生产力水平低 ;低产田面积大 ,限制因素多 ;土地资源利用不合理 ,生态环境劣变等。在此基础上提出了新疆土地可持续利用的原则、战略方向和土地资源可持续利用的关键对策。

Based on detailed investigated data of the land in Xinjiang,the paper presents the utilization situation of the land resources and land use structure in brief,and analyses the main problems of the sustainable land use in Xinjiang,such as disequilibrium between water and land,extensive management that results to the low production of land,many restricting factors that lead to large area of low production field,land resources of unreasonable utilization, worse eco-environment so on.According to the above problems,the principle,the direction and key countermeasures for the sustainable land use in Xinjiang are put forward.
