西部干旱地区污水资源再生利用的可行性研究——以西宁市为例

Feasibility Study on Wastewater Reuse of the West Arid Region

污水作为一种资源再生利用 ,对社会的可持续性发展具有重要意义 ,文章通过对城市总体规划、再生水水质、再生水价格、国家和地方政策、公众接受态度等几方面的分析 ,认为污水的再生回用作为解决水资源短缺的一条有效途径 ,在西宁市是切实可行的 ;文章还对西宁市的污水回用项目进行了规划和效益分析 ,并提出了几点建议。

Wastewater as a resources for reuse is important to social sustainable development. Firstly it is feasible in Xi'ning city that wastewater reuse is regarded as an efficient method to solve the problem of water shortage by several aspects analysis, such as the programming of the whole city the quality of the reuse waterthe price of the reuse water the policy of the nation and province the attitudes of the people and so on. Secondly the project of water reuse in Xi'ning is programmed and beneficially analyzed;Finally suggestions are proposed.
