摘要
利用自制的半导体激光辐射器对果酒酵母(Ciderutilis)、康宁木霉(Trichodermareesi)两菌种进行诱变,选育出了适合苹果渣发酵生产饲料蛋白的更优突变株,并在此基础上研究两菌种的协同关系,获得了最佳接种混合比:4∶1。通过对比实验的测定分析,选育菌种的发酵产物中粗蛋白和真蛋白的含量比原菌种提高了12.60%和17.69%,证实了选育方法的正确可行。
The suitable mutant strains for producing feedingprotein from apple pomace were bred through radiation to Cider utilis and Trichoderma reesi with a semiconductorlaser.Based on experiments,the bestmixed proportion(4∶1)of inoculation was obtained. By mensuration and analysis, the content of raw protein and rule protein in productions of the bred stains increased 12.60% and 17.69% compared with that of the raw stains, which indicated that the breeding method was right and practicable.
