加入WTO对黑龙江省农民收入的影响及对策分析

Influence and Countermeasure Analysis of Entering WTO to Heilongjiang Province Farmer Income

从长远看我们加入WTO有利于增加农民收入 ,但在短期内将导致农作物生产相对萎缩 ,农产品进口增加 ,种植业收入下降。但就黑龙江省农民收入现状及发展前景而言 ,应借加入WTO的契机 ,积极进行农业产业结构的调整 ,从根本上转变农村经济增长方式。要运用比较优势的原理应对加入WTO ,构建黑龙江省农产品竞争新优势 ,增加农民收入。

Entry into WTO is beneficial in the long run, it hel ps increase the farmer' income, in the short term, however, it leads to the relati ve decline in the turnout of crops increased import of agricultural products and decreased income of planting industry. This paper based on the positive analysi s of farmers' income conditions in Heilongjiang Province and the impact of entry into WTO on farmers' income, puts forth that it's fundamental to increase the f armers' income to carry out the readjustment of agricultural industry structure program and shift the economic growth pattern, in taking advantage of the good o pportunities that WTO offers and that it's the key factor to add new competitive edge to agricultural products in reaction to the entry into WTO through the app lication of the principle of the principle of comparative advantage, and that it 's an effective guarantee of the farmers' income increase and the healthy, stead y development of agriculture.
