摘要
职业教育、职业技能鉴定、用人单位的关系应是三位一体的,但在我国现阶段却被人为地割裂开了。三者的核心是用人单位,而职业教育是基础,职业技能鉴定是纽带。因而高等职业教育的教学改革应围绕用人单位的需要与职业技能鉴定来进行。
Although the relationship among higher vocational education, the identification of professional skills and teaching reform is close, it is separated unnaturally in some aspects in our country. This paper holds that the teaching reform of higher professional education should be arranged around the requirements of employers and the identification of professional skill, because employers are the core among them, vocational education is the foundation and the identification of professional skills is the tie.
