摘要
研制了烟道式飞灰含碳量在线测量系统,实验研究了微波助率衰减量和飞灰含碳量、飞灰浓度的变化关系,进行了工业应用研究。结果表明,测量系统克服了传统单点采样型微波测试方法存在的飞灰采样缺乏代表性、样品管堵灰、附加设备复杂等缺点,测量精度较高,可靠性好,可以用来电站锅炉在线监测飞灰含碳最。
The carbon-in-ash measuring system on-line non-extractive was developed in this paper. The relationships of the microwave attenuation signal with the carbon content and the concentration of fly ash flowing through the measuring section were experimentally investigated. The industrial experiments revealed that the new measuring approach overcomes the deficiencies of the traditional extractive approaches such as a lengthy time delay, clogging the captured tube, poor representative of the sample and the complex auxiliary equipment. The system is suitable for the purpose of making in-situ, real time measurements of the carbon content in the fly ash.
