基于降低污垢热阻的复合强化传热研究 被引量:5

摘要 复合强化传热的换热系数的增加通常要比单独使用其中的任何一种技术高,但过分增长的污垢热阻会轻而易举地将对流换热系数提高的效果加以抵消。将振动看作不仅仅意味着噪声与元件损坏的能量表达方式,就有可能利用流体诱导的传热元件振动扰动水流,提高对流换热系数;同时,用振动变形清除传热表面积垢,降低污垢热阻,从而形成一种复合强化传热的新方法。 The heat transfer coefficient increase of the multi heat transfer enhancement is more excellent than any of the simple method. But the fulsome fouling increase will decrease the conventional heat transfer coefficient easily. If the vibration of the heat transfer surface is not regarded as the energy dissipation of the yawp and destroys of the elements barely, it is possible to make use of the vibration of the equipment which is induced by the pulsating flow and the conventional heat transfer coefficient can be increased. At the same time the fouling resistance on the heat transfer surface can be eliminated by the transform of the vibration surface. We believe that it is a new method and idea about the multi heat transfer enhancement.
