甲醇—动力联产系统热功转换过程分析

摘要 在联产系统能量和物质转换过程模拟和分析的基础上,重点研究了热功转换过程及其与甲醇合成过程的相互影响。得到部分联产率对系统输出功、甲醇合成压缩机牦功、甲醇产量、合成塔副产蒸汽的影响。并对比了动力独立生产系统和部分联产系统供电效率。 Different to IGCC, gas turbine can be fired both by coal gasification syngas and purge gas released from methanol synthesis process. But these two kinds of gases are of different nature, such as composition, flow, pressure and temperature. So power output is related with flow of coal gas and purge gas when methanol production and total amount of coal gas are fixed. With process modeling, simulation and analysis, a unique correlation between power output, methanol synthesis, proportion of coal gas used as gas turbine fuel and recirculation rate of purge gas can be revealed. Besides this, the net power generation efficiency of coproduction plant is compared with a single-product (power) one, from which is shown that thermal efficiency is able to be enhanced two percentage due to power and methanol coproduction.
