摘要
本文研究了各种金属阳离子对海藻酸钠(NaAlg)水溶液形成凝胶过程中相对粘度的影响,并用核磁共振法(NMR)对溶胶—凝胶相转移的机理作了考察。
In this paper, the affections resulted by several metallic catlons upon the relativeviscosity during the process of gel formation of the sodium alginate agucous solution were studied. At thesame time, the mechanism about the sol-gel phase transition of alginic acid caused by the addition ofsalts was investigated by NMR techniques.
