陈氏太极拳、太极推手优秀运动员比赛前后心电图(ECG)分析

THE ANALYSIS OF THE ECG FROM TAIJIQUAN AND TAI JI TUISHOU IN EXCELLENT ATHELETES BEFORE AND AFTER COMPETITION

本文对16名陈氏太极拳和太极推手优秀运动员比赛前后的ECG进行测量分析。结果如下:两组之间安静时ECG特征无明显差异,运动后的ECG在心率、ST段、QRS电压和心电轴等项指标较安静时有明显改变,两组之间有明显差异。差异原因主要是由于运动项目、训练程度和身体素质等不同。实验结果提示:太极拳运动以其特有的方式改善能量供给和调节心肌功能。

The thesis provids meassure and analysis of ECG of 16 excellent Taijiquan players beforeand after competition. The results are as follows: There ard no obvious differences between the two grupsin their ECG at rest But there are significant differences of the ECG between before and ofter exercising inthe heart rate' the S-T section, the voltage of QRS wave and cardiac electric axes cts. The reasons of thedifferences have relation on the physical events, the experiences of exercises and the players' health. Fromthe results, we can see that Taiji exercise may keep improving cardiac cnergy supply and regulating thefunction of cardiac museule.
