3#煤层自然发火标志气体及临界值确定 被引量:12

摘要 为做好综放工作面自然发火分级预警,以主采的3#煤层为研究对象,通过程序升温实验、现场测试及统计分析的方法,优选出煤层的自然发火标志气体和确定得到工作面采空区、回风隅角和回风流中CO指标临界值,并依此建立了工作面煤自然发火分级复合指标预警体系。结果表明:采空区、回风隅角和回风流中CO浓度临界值分别为242×10^(-6)、59.6×10^(-6)和20×10^(-6);各个区域建立绿(Ⅰ级)、蓝(Ⅱ级)、橙(Ⅲ级)和红(Ⅳ级)共4级预警响应。 To complete grading warning of spontaneous combustion for the fully mechanized top-coal caving face,the primary mineable No.3 coal seam is taken as the research object.Through temperature-programmed experiment,site test and statistical analysis,the spontaneous combustion mark gas of coal mine is optimized and the critical value of CO index in goaf,return corner and return air of working face is determined.Based on this,a composite index warning system of spontaneous combustion of working face is established.The results show that the critical values of CO concentration in goaf,return corner and return airflow are 242×10-6,59.6×10-6 and 20×10-6 respectively.Responses for four levels warning,green(Ⅰ),blue(Ⅱ),orange(Ⅲ)and red(Ⅳ),were set up in all regions.
