摘要
为了治理玉舍煤矿1260运输巷高冒区发生的自燃火灾,在分析巷道高冒区煤层自燃原因的基础上,采用喷浆技术阻止空气向高冒区内部渗透、高冒区孔洞内注水及高温煤体内注水技术控制火灾蔓延、注浆覆盖高温煤体,使得CO等自燃标志性气体浓度降低至8×10-6以下并维持稳定。实践证明:采用喷浆、注水、注浆相结合的综合灭火技术能有效处理巷道高冒区煤体自然发火问题,为煤矿安全提供了保障。
To control the spontaneous combustion in the top-caving area of 1260 transportation lane of Yushe Coal Mine,based on the analysis of causes of spontaneous combustion of coal seams in the top-caving area,the guniting technology is used to prevent air from infiltrating into the interior of the top-caving area,the technology of water injection in the top-caving area and water injectionin the high temperature coal is used to control the spread of fire,the grouting technology is used to cover the high temperature coal body,and reduce the concentration of self-igniting signage gases such as CO to below 8×10-6 and maintain stability.Practice has proved that the comprehensive fire extinguishing technology using guniting,water injection and grouting can effectively deal with the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal in roadway top-caving area and provide safety for coal mine.
