高应力煤巷掘锚护一体化快速掘进工序优化与支护技术 被引量:36

摘要 深部巷道受高地应力、高地温等因素影响,存在巷道掘进速度慢、劳动强度高、作业环境差等问题。基于城郊矿利用掘锚护一体机掘、锚、护工艺机械化和连续化特点,分析了快速掘进主要制约因素,提出了快速掘进工序优化方案,掘进速度提高了31.7%,提高了掘进工效及锚杆支护质量,改善了巷道掘进支护作业环境和安全性。 Deep roadway is affected by high geo-stress,high temperature and many other factors,which leads to slow tunneling speed,high labor intensity and poor operating environment.With the advantage of tunneling-anchoring-shielding process mechanization and continuous characteristics,the field test was carried out in Chengjiao Coal Mine and the main restraint factors of speedy drivage was analyzed,thence,a series of process optimization schemes were proposed.As a result,the driving speed increased by 31.7%,drivage efficiency and anchoring quality were improved,and work environment and safety were also ameliorated.
