基于围岩松动圈理论的矩形巷道支护技术 被引量:19

摘要 为解决矩形巷道角点处因应力集中容易产生受拉破坏的问题,以新驿煤矿五采区1509工作面巷道为研究对象,基于围岩松动圈理论,分别运用等效圆法和压力拱法计算得出巷道顶板松动圈范围为1.21 m和1.25 m,并对锚杆、锚索参数进行设计,确定掘进过程中采用'前探梁+锚杆+锚索+金属网'联合支护方案。数值模拟结果表明,巷道顶板、底板和两帮移近量分别为30.65、29.01、25.08 mm,锚杆未出现破断现象。数值模拟和实践证明,设计方案能够有效地控制巷道围岩变形,保持巷道的稳定性。 To solve the tensile failure problem of rectangular roadway due to stress concentration,taking the roadway of 1509 working face in No.5 mining area of Xinyi Coal Mine as the research object,based on surrounding rock loose circle theory,the scope of the loose circle of the roof of the roadway which are calculated by equivalent circle method and pressure arch method are respectively 1.21 m,1.25 m,and the parameters of bolt and anchor are also designed.Then the combined support plan of'bolt+anchor+metal mesh'is determined in the roadway tunneling process.The numerical simulation results show that the displacement of the roof,floor and two sides of the roadway are respectively 30.65 mm,29.01 mm,25.08 mm,and the bolts were not broken.Numerical simulation and practice prove that the design scheme effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and can keep the overall stability of the roadway.
