摘要
针对我国煤矿低透气性煤层抽采瓦斯困难、浓度低,提出了一种基于冲击波技术的煤层增透技术装备的设计思路;通过实际测试试验,煤层增透效果明显,瓦斯浓度由10%提高到了13.98%,提高了约40%;增透作业后,增透效果保持时间较长,能够满足矿井抽采瓦斯的需要。冲击波增透技术装备满足煤矿井下使用的技术要求,设备尺寸小、质量轻、移动操作方便。
It is difficult to extract gas from coal seam with low permeability and low concentration.This paper presents a design idea of coal seam permeability improvement technology based on shock wave technology.Through practical test,the effect of coal seam permeability was obvious,the gas concentration increased from 10%to 13.98%,and increased about 40%.After the operation,the effect is kept for a long time,which can meet the demand of mine gas extraction.Shock wave permeability improvement technology equipment which is small size,light weight,easy to move operation can meet the technical requirements of underground coal mine.
