摘要
新标准下煤矿企业需要运用科学的方法来评价安全绩效水平。针对当前煤矿安全绩效管理的研究现状和应用不能满足企业发展要求的问题,将目标与关键成果法(OKR)引入到煤矿安全绩效评价中,提出了基于目标与关键成果法的煤矿安全绩效管理框架体系,并根据目标与关键成果法的理论及具体实施进行应用研究,构建了基于OKR的煤矿安全绩效管理模型,探讨了在煤矿安全绩效管理的可行性,为指导煤矿企业进行安全绩效管理及提高安全管理水平提供了一个新的思路。
Under the new standard,coal enterprises need to use scientific methods to evaluate safety performance level.In view of the current research status of coal mine safety performance management and the application which can not meet the new requirements of the current enterprise development,objectives key results(OKR)are introduced into the coal mine safety performance evaluation,and then the coal mine safety performance management method is proposed based on objectives key results.According to the theory and concrete construction application of objectives key results,the application of the evaluation result is analyzed,then the feasibility of the coal mine safety performance management is proved.It provides a new idea for guiding coal mine enterprises to carry out safety performance management and improve safety performance management level.
