摘要
针对顾北矿南一1#煤采区煤层回风巷复合顶板的地质条件,为了保证准备巷道在整个采区服务年限内支护安全,采用理论分析、相似模拟、数值模拟及现场监测等'四位一体'的研究手段确定顾北矿A组煤准备巷道合理锚杆支护参数,提出全长锚固预应力技术方案,开展了工业性试验,巷道顺利安全贯通,12个月的矿压观测表明,顶底板位移量最大值为140 mm,两帮位移量为80 mm,巷道变形较小。
In view of the geological conditions of the composite roof of the return air roadway in southen wing of Gubei Coal Mine,in order to ensure the support safety of the prepared roadway in the whole service life of the mining area,the rational bolt support parameters of the preparation roadway in group A coal of Gubei Coal Mine are determined by the'four-in-one'research means of theoretical analysis,analogy simulation,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring,and the technical scheme of full-length bolting and prestressing is proposed.Industrial tests have been carried out and the roadway has been running smoothly and safely.The 12-month observation of rock pressure shows that the maximum displacement of roof and floor is 140 mm,the displacement of both sides is 80 mm,and the deformation of roadway is small.
