文章基于乳化炸药的机械乳化、基质钢带或浸水冷却、低温机械搅拌敏化、多头装药机纸筒装药的生产工艺现状,并在分析研究其工艺、设备、产品质量和安全性的基础上,提出对工艺参数及装药方式的改进,以期提升该类生产线的安全技术水平,达到行业技术发展目标。

This paper bases on the current situation of manufacturingtechniqueof emulsion explosives,such asmechanical emulsification, matrix steel strips or immersion cooling,low temperature mechanical stirring sensitizationandmultiple charging machinepaper tube charge,also on the bases of analysis its technology, equipment, product quality andsecurity, put forward improvement in technological parameter and charging way, attempting to promote safety technology level of such production line,reach theindustry technological development target.
