摘要
在塑料导爆管生产过程中,由于低压交流电会产生静电和杂散电流等能够使药团聚集,存在一定的安全和质量隐患。本文重点对塑料导爆管的生产设备,下药搅拌装置低压电动力部分进行优化改进。通过采用压缩空气为工作介质,代替低压交流电机带动搅拌装置,提高民用爆破器材生产的安全本质化程度,同时实现塑料导爆管管壁内药剂分布均匀,以达到导爆管爆轰波稳定传播的效果。

In orderto achieve the effect of stable transmissiondetonating tube detonation wave, by using compressed air as working medium, instead of a low voltage ac motor drives the stirring device,improvingsafety degree of the nature of civil blasting equipment production, meanwhilerealizingpharmaceutical distribution uniform in the plastic detonating tube wall.
