摘要
利用正交试验法对影响水胶炸药物理稳定性的因素进行了探究,结果表明,除p H值,交联剂含量,交联温度等因素外,田菁胶含量是影响水胶炸药物理稳定性的重要因素之一。随田箐胶在水胶炸药中含量的增加,水胶炸药的物理稳定性先增强后减弱,当田菁胶含量在1.1~1.3g时稳定性最好。
This paper presents the research method on the physical stability of water gel explosive with the orthogonal test. It is shown that,apart from the ph value, content of cross-linking agent and cross-linking temperature,the content of sesbania gum is the more important factor influencing the physical stability of water gel explosive. With the increase of sesbania gum content in water gel explosive, the physical stability of water gel explosive increases first and then decreases, the best physical stability addition amount is1.1~1.3g.
