摘要
研究发现双线性聚能药柱在炮孔内有间隔器的约束条件下爆炸时由于聚能作用使得炸药爆炸后能量呈线性聚能束,沿着预裂面发挥切割作用。爆破高应力波、高压气体膨胀、聚能气刃切割三者相互结合共同作用在岩体上形成裂缝,完成聚能爆破和预裂爆破的结合,实现了双线性聚能预裂爆破在矿山的应用,还起到了减弱爆破对保留岩体的震动以及增强岩石边坡的稳定性作用。
it is found that when bi-linear cumulative charge column is constrained to charge holes by spacer, the explosion energy of charge presents a linear shaped beam and plays a role of cutting along the fracture surface. High blasting stress wave, high pressure gas expansion and cumulative cutting function together and bring a fracture in to existence on the rock. And all mentioned above, combines cumulative blasting and pre-splitting blasting together, realizes the application of bi-linear cumulative pre-splittingg blasting in the mine. Moreover, it played a role in weakening vibration caused by rock blasting and enhances stability of rock slope.
