浅谈膨化炸药生产节能减排探索

摘要 本文结合过去多年实践,实现膨化生产线的自动化生产,经过悬挂输送设备改造,降低劳动强度,提高生产能力,减少生产线的在线人数,节约水资源,减少生产过程的浪费,改善操作人员工作环境,实现以人为本的现代化企业管理制度,节约企业生产经营成本,初步实现行业进步指导意见,提高产品市场竞争能力。 Combined with years' practical experience, expanded explosive production line can be operated automatically t hrough modifying the suspension conveying equipment, reducing labor intensity, improving the production capacity. And b y reducing the number of people online the production line, saving water resources, reducing waste during the production process, improving the working environment of the operation personnel can also make the automated expanded explosi ve production line come true. Besides, all over mentioned above, can realize the people-oriented modernization enterpri se management system, save the cost of production and operation of enterprises, preliminarily achieve the industry prog ress guidance and improve market competition ability of the product.
