摘要
为解决起爆具自动浇注的质量与生产效率之间的问题,本研究以400g起爆具为研究对象,通过两次不同重量的浇注,得到最佳的浇注重量和冷却时间。实验结果表明,第一次的浇注重量比第二次多60g、冷却时间为30min时,能达到最好的效果。
In order to solve the problem between automatic pouring weight and productive efficiency for booster, the research based on 400g paper shell was made which poured twice different weight and got the best pouring weight and coagulation time. The experiment results show that the first pouring weight is more than the second 60g and the coagulation time is 45min which is the best result.
