摘要
在乳化炸药制造过程中,敏化工序是生产过程中的关键工序之一。本文分析了敏化的机理,介绍了中温化学敏化技术,探讨了影响中温敏化的因素及敏化效果对乳化炸药质量的影响,提出化学敏化合理的工艺参数及要求。
In the process of emulsion explosive production, one of the key manufacturing procedures is sensitization. The mechanism of sensitization is analyzed in this paper, and the chemical sensitization technology at medium temperature is introduced too. Moreover, this paper discusses how the sensitization at medium temperature and sensitization efficiency affect the quality of emulsion explosive. And then the reasonable parameters and requirements of chemical sensitization are put forward.
