摘要
对我国民爆行业现阶段安全评价普遍采用的方法进行了梳理,分析了其固有优势和侧重点。从安全系统工程原理和事故致因理论出发,指出现有安全评价方法存在的不足之处,阐述了目前国家新的安全生产要求,探讨了几种可采用的评价方法。
The commonly used method of civil explosive industry at the present stage of safety evaluation is summarized, analyzed and evaluated its inherent advantages and emphasis. Points out the shortcomings of security evaluation method from safety system engineering and accident causation theory, expounds the present state of production safety new requirements, discusses several new evaluation methods.
